Fit Foundations

The strength of any house is its foundation.

At Powerhouse Fitness we believe that fitness should provide a wide range of functional movements that are varied and can be performed at high intensity. But, in it’s practical, everyday life application, it’s hands-on fitness at it finest.

Our Fit Foundations class is designed for members who are just beginning their fitness journey and have 0-6 months of functional fitness experience. If you are new to exercise, functional fitness style training, or feel unsure of where to start, this is the program for you.

Fit Foundations is a 12- class program that takes place over 6 weeks and will focus on the following:

  • Proper mechanics of basic functional fitness-style movements.
  • Consistency and proficiency within those movements.
  • Application of movement within workouts.
  • Individual goals.
  • Nutrition.
  • Preparing you for a seamless transition into our Functional Fit classes.


  • $100 per person for 6 the week program.
