HIIT Fit is a full body, circuit style interval workout. After a brief warm-up you will constantly move through several exercises in timed intervals. We use kettlebells, ropes, hurdles, ladders, med balls, dumbbells etc. to create a unique workout that takes you through all three planes of motion – sagittal, frontal & transverse. Each movement can be scaled up or down to perfectly challenge every individual, all levels welcome!
