Week 1: Foundations of Fitness
Meet our professional coaches and get familiar with the movements you’ll be using in group classes. Many of these movements you already know — we’re just going to make you better at them. We’ll teach you how to jump, squat, pull, and press with safe, effective technique so you can get stronger and avoid injury. Don’t worry if you need extra time here. Everyone has their own pace.
Week 2: Get Into the Groove
Attend classes consistently and start working toward the goals you've set! Don’t be afraid to show up early, ask questions, cheer on other members, and socialize after the workout! Our community means the world to us and we want you to be a part of it.
Week 3: Be Ready to Sweat
Now that you've found your groove, keep showing up and doing your best! Consistency and dedication are the keys to your success.
Bonus: It's likely you've met some new friends and you see how it feels to belong to a group of fit-minded people.

Week 4: Keep Going!
You might be feeling a little sore at this point, but that’s a good thing. Your body is adapting to your new level of fitness. Just one month of consistent effort and you’ll start seeing results. We’ll check in with your goals and keep you accountable.
Week 8: A Happier, Healthier You
After two months of steady work, you’ve learned to do things you never thought you could do. You are stronger, faster, and more athletic than you were before. Time to celebrate your new lifestyle!

At Powerhouse Fitness we focus on real, long-term results.
For us, fitness is about community and the commitment to working hard for permanent changes that you can be proud of. Our coaches go through rigorous training to help every member improve their quality of life no matter when they decide to start.
If you’re just starting, we recommend coming two to three days each week for the first couple of weeks. After a couple of weeks we reccomend you increase to four and then build to five. Once you’re up to five days per week, we recommend you take two days off per week to focus on recovery.
The very first thing you will discover is that you can start with us at any fitness level. It doesn't matter if you have never been in a gym before, have taken an extended break, or have never been to a functional fitness class- we will tailor the workouts to your specific abilities and will help you achieve your fitness goals!
One of the things that makes Powerhouse Fitness so unique is that our community consists of people from literally every walk of life: stay-at-home parents, elite athletes, students, CEOs, members of the armed services, firefighters, you name it. Our bodies come in every imaginable size, shape and age; and yet, our workouts every day are designed for anyone to do them. Yes, anyone!
