60 minute classes designed to supplement and improve strength and conditioning for young athletes.

Our Athlete Strength & Conditioning program is designed for club/league and high school athletes ages 11-17 who are looking to advance their strength and conditioning in order to improve their skills in their particular sport. The movements in this class are more advanced and focus on: weight/strength training, agility, and metabolic conditioning. These classes are by reservation only.
